One Hundred Years of Graduates

The concept of a township high school for the residents of the area surrounding Gilmanton began in 1910.  Ray Loomis, Gilmanton resident likened to the idea and quickly became a supporter of the idea, which was presented to electors.  The question, “Shall Gilmanton have a high school?” was answered “yes” by the majority and thus, the legacy of GHS came into being.  Read more history of Gilmanton High School ...
