Letter from the Dairyland Conference regarding sports during COVID-19:
The 11 schools of the Dairyland Conference are pleased to be sponsoring sports for our student/athletes again this fall 2020.
Due to the pandemic, we are limiting attendance to 4 tickets per athlete at our events to help keep everyone safe, on the field, court, course and in the classroom. Masks are required by everyone. No casual fans allowed.
We understand these events are an important piece of the community for many of us. By limiting exposure, we are hoping that we can extend sports seasons through the fall and continue to offer these opportunities to our students throughout the year.
With your cooperation, we will be able to provide these important experiences for our student-athletes and will welcome the public to attend sports events again when it is deemed safe. Until then, please show your support by following our athletes through the radio, internet live streams and print media.
Students in grades 9-12 can choose from the following sports:
Football (co-op, hosted by Independence)
Cross Country (co-op, hosted by Independence)
Volleyball
Girls Basketball
Boys Basketball
Wrestling (co-op, hosted by Independence)
Softball (co-op, hosted by Independence)
Golf
